SOME EXAMPLES

CASE STUDY 1:

Problem: A company needs a sign for their new premises. Business cards, and other materials need to be changed to reflect the new address. In the past, the owner had used a signwriter, marketing company, copywriter, graphic designer and print shop that he had to co-ordinate himself. It was time consuming and the results less than satisfactory. He wants a uniform look to everything but knows it's going take more time than he has to achieve the results he wants.

Solutiion: He calls eldeko.com. A representative visits him at his place of work. They discuss what he wants, time frames and budgets. Within a week the rep.. returns with some designs, prices and all the other details the owner needs to make a discision. The owner goes back to his life confident in the knowledge that his needs will be met. Within a short time the rep calls him to arrange for a suitable time for the sign to be fitted, and to take delivery of the new stationary. He wonders why he didn't use eldeko before.

CASE STUDY 2:

Problem: An established retail business needs to start selling online. The owner wonders whether she should use ebay or have her own site. She makes some inquiries but it seems way too complicated. Her business is suffering but she lacks the know how to go online. A friend's experience was frightening, he was nearly destroyed by dishonesty in the IT industry.

Solution: She calls eldeko.com. A rep. calls around to her shop, they talk, he listens. When he leaves she feels confident that she has made a good choice. Within a short time she has a fully functional online shop that looks great, and an ebay shop to boot. It was all to easy after all.

CASE STUDY 3:

Problem: A local manufacturer is losing business to faster more profiicient competitors. He suspects that part of the problem is the outdated equipment he is using, his failure to embrace new technologies and staff training. The size of the problem seems overwhelming. He doesn't know where to start and if he did wonders where he'd get the time to make the needed changes anyway.

Solution: The manufacturer calls in eldeko.com. A friendly rep. visits his factory. They discuss the business, where it is going, where he wants it to be and so on. He notices the rep. seems to be really interested in the business, how they build their products, the machinery they use. With his agreement the rep. later meets with the employees on a one to one basis, interviewing them, getting their concerns, opinions and suggestions. In a short time the rep. calls in again with a detailed proposal. They descide on a plan of action. Soon the company has some new machinery, is making use of technology to the full, the staff are more confident, competent and satisfied due to some training and the productivity has lifted as has his spirits.
